Dear Sir,

M/s Motel Divine International is a customer of your bank and we have a OD limit Account of Rs. 60 Lakhs A/c No. 0924009300120059 against IP at PNB Civil Lines branch, Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
We also have a Current account No. 0924002100030467 at the above mentioned branch.

This is to bring to your immediate notice that there has been a regular unknown transactions made every month without our consent & acknowledegement by the Branch Manager, Civil Lines Roorkee, Mr. Satyavan Ohlan for which we have to bear heavy interest burden of Rs. 50,000 throughout the year.

We came to know of the above transactions today on 9th Feb, 2011 when we received the statements of both the accounts. Also when brought to his notice , Mr. Ohlan did not take the matter seriously and refused to meet us.

Mr. Ohlan has debited the OD limit account and credited the current account with the same amount. Then he has transferred the funds back to the OD limit account the very next day , thus charging us an interest on the amount for a day. This has been done without any consent or cheques from us. He has repeated this act multiple times in the year totalling to the Debited amount of Rs. 9,02,70,050 (Rs. Nine Crores Two Lakhs Seventy Thousand & Fifty).

We have lost all faith in this PNB branch and would like to transfer our account to IIT Branch, Roorkee keeping the account numbers same.

We request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and take immediate actions necessary.
