    I want to inform all to not purchase any product from Naaptol.com. I have burnt my hands and do not want otheres to do so. I have placed an order for a pkg of a vacuum cleaner, car stereo with a 2GB kingston pendrive for Rs. 1999/- + delivery charges of Rs. 250/- on cash on delivery basis.

    to my surprise, when i opened up the packets, i found that the car stereo was broken from the face panel
    and the pendrive was missing from the packet of pendrive.

    Now they want me to spend another 250 Rs. to send the same back to them for a replacement, of which i am
    not sure, will be done properly or not.

    i have been chated by Naaptol and request to pls do help me on this regard.

    My order no. with Naaptol was 1337909, and the prodcut was delivered to me via Aramex courier vide
    AWB no. 6181158244. The Aramex helpline no. given i the SMS, to my shock is not existent.

    Pls help.

    We would request you to visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product directly to the below mentioned address:

    Koti,
    Hyderabad - 500095

    Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You dont have to pay any courier charges for the same. Kindly mention your Order # [1337909], your name, contact # & the defect(reason for sending it back) on a piece of paper in the parcel.

    Please help us with the AWB # after sending the product.

    You will surely get the refund amount within 7 to 10 working days from the day we receive the product back.

    We request your patience in the interim.

    Hi

    I too have similar experience. I didnt check this post before buying the Product.
    I bought one pack of Vaccum cleaner and some more items for 2999. But the product I recieved was defective and as per their suggestion. I sent to JS Associates. But no one responded back. I cannot go to Bombay for checking it. But Blue dart confirmed that it is delieved. No one responded till now.

    I tried calling there customer care and gets the message dial 1, dial 2 keep looping. No response even if we click 1 or 2 or 3 etc
    I am awaiting for it. Else I may have to go for legal action.

    PLEASE BE AWARE!

    As I Ordered Ladies Hip Hop Fast-track (4178859) watch on June 11th 2012 ..till now not yet delivered the product regarding this we complained several time but we didn’t get any response. June 11th 2012 to till date i.e. almost two and half month no response from naaptol .. we are pissed off with calling lot many time to naaptol call centre but no one is responding. I did several online purchase from various sites but this is first time I choose Naaptol its very disappointing and irresponsible.

    From last 2 months we are chasing the naptool ..

    Please do needful …
