    Question Information About PF Withdrawal

    Hi,

    I have left my previous company 3 yrs ago, But I didn't fill the PF Withdrawal Form, cause I didn't provide notice period to company. My PF account is of Pune, Maharashtra. Is it possible to withdrawal the PF Amount without involving the company. Because As per company rule, there would be a recovery if I didn't provide the notice period.

    Kindly Provide me the information.

    Dear Team

    I need your help on getting my PF ASAP. Its been submitted on 9th June'11 and its not 18th Sept. The duration of 90 days has already past. i have also been to PF office at Wazirpur Delhi on the 7th Sept'11 but till then the file was not yet opened and on my arrival they sd they will process imediately and I should get the amount by 17th Sept. But there isnt any update. I have to get my Mom's operation done for which i have called her to Gurgaon (where i live) and she is in pain. but no one seems to understand the importance of the withdrwal of my own PF account.
    The Dl number is DL number DL/27703/10968.
    Please help me ..
