    Default misbehaviour by customer care representative of reliance(GSM services).



    this is regarding the misbehaviour of customer care representative of reliance. i called to customer care near 1:35 am of 30 january 2011 about deduction of balance from my prepaid account. a person named Mr. Atul recieved my call. when he was unable to resolve my complaint he forwarded it to its senior customer care representative but after putting me for long 7 minutes on wait he disconnected my call without even having a word with me.
    and same incident took place 5 minutes earlier also regarding same issue.
    as this service is paid, i was charged for that for long time without any result regarding my problem.

    i logged a complaint on reliance (ref. no. 146029402)

    as i am a student, i can't bear this burden of billing every time. i want my deducted balance back as customer care doesn't served me and want u to kindly look into this matter.

    same complaint as above was log on 30th jan 2011 at 02:17 AM. but i got no response regarding that till now.
    please, kindly look into my matter. i am looking forward for justice.
