Hi,
I am denny. I am working in UK and thought of sending a gift to my best friend for her Bday. So I selected Manoramaemart web site for that. I selected my gift item and on 21st of May and paid thru my credit card.
I selected the delivery date as 10th June also money got deducted from my card. I checked the status (by calling customer care) 4 days before the expected delivery date and I was told the item would be delivered on time. I called again the day before the expected deliver and they repeated the same. Again I checked on the date of delivery then they told the item cannot be delivered on that day because of some technical issue and they assured they would deliver it on the next day. I called up again next day (I called 4 times) and I was told the item is out of stock and cannot be belivered at present. They asked me to wait for 2 more days.
Here I am very sad to say that the gift is not delivered on time and I believe it will not give the exact happiness when we get a gift after that auspecious occasion.
Please consider this and advise me what I can do on this.
