my mobile is in varranty period have given that mobile in shop and they given to samsung mobile service center on 30-12-2010 for repairing and they told that you will get mobile within 5 days .today is 30-01-2011and they haven't repaired my cell pohone till more than one months have passed .i have visited morethan 15 times during this time period and all so called many times .but i can 't get my cellphone yet . i had greet loss and mentel harassment form them. i here by request you to give me justice
