I have taken housing loan from HDFC LTD of Rs.3.5 lakhs in 1999 and done prepayment in 2006. In between some of my cheques got bounced due to bad financial situation.I have paid all the penalties before Prepayment. I applied a fresh housing loan to HDFC Ltd in 2009 and 2010 but they refused by saying that you are defaulter as per our system, i asked when i paid all amount then u have to remove name from defaulter list and they said after certain time period it will automatically removed...I need housing loan from HDFC as their services are good.My earlier Housing Loan Account number with HDFC LTD is HO/1155358 in the name of Mr.Jain Tarun Kumar.
I am attching the NIL statement of HDFC Ltd.
