Inconvenience and lose by fault of Delhi Metro Delhi Metro issued us (my family) three tokens from GTB nagar to Nirman vihar at 22.59 Hrs but when we
reached to Rajiv chowk there was no metro train to Nirman Vihar so, we stuck there but Delhi metro didn't
provide any solution at late night of 23.30 hrs. It was jaust shame to Delhi metro that due to his negligently
we stuck in night without money in the pocket and Delhi metro can not provide us other solution due to his
fault even the duty officer was not ready to listen us. Here i strongly request that take strong action on that
matter. We got fedup that whole night only due to Delhi metro.
I have already complaint to Delhi Metro register on 23 January 2011 at Rajiv chowk and at site of Delhi metro
(Complaint no 378007 dated 23 Jan 2011) but till today there is no reply from Delhi metro.
Please compensate my inconvenience and lose as soon as possible.

not recharge on 19th of oct 2011 i recharged my two smart card of Rs.100 each at JHANDELWALA METRO STATION around 8:55pm-9:15pm,but only one card has been credited.so kindly see the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible...i couldnt check my card soon after recharge cause balance enquiry machine at front is out of order at that particular time.
