I have been using Airtel Broadband from last 1 year,It was good for me,but for a few month I was out of station when my due was pending of 2 monrth,When I came back after 1 month I shocked that my bill has been reached around Rs.1900.Some one named(Meenakshi & Preeti) has called me(from this no-01147463491,9211506431) to clear all dues from retaintion department.She told me to pay Rs.1200 only to settle all the bill amount and my plan will be convert into 449 with unlimited and 30% discount on this plan.Next day one executive reach at my house for payment.I paid Rs.1200 (21st-Jan-2010).Same day my connection has start.After that she given me one receipt bill(5494136) and one reference no(123750N) to all the request,She told me that It will take 4 working days for the process,But When I contacted to customer care all one has refused the commitment and told me their is no such kind of commitment and they again given me one reference no.42243334,but told me to my complaint will be resolved by 27th-Jan.But Today when I called customer care no then it shows that pending amount around Rs.623.
Today I spoken to Mr.Rahman Khan and He told me that there is no commitment from airtel for plan and clear due and the executive made a fake commitment and they don't know to that executive.He again given me one reference for all(181527585).
Request you to please clear all my dues asap and I still continue connection.
