    Question reliance broadband extra charges

    dear sir
    my broadband id - 270235431205
    name- haresh zaveri
    sub- kindly refund charges 500 rs for made as recurring charges twice at the same bill..
    sir,
    regarding my plan is half yearly plan bill payment
    i already made such payment from last 2 years ..
    i made complain to coustmer care no -145786275
    but i did not get proper reply ,and not happy with their answer..
    between two half yearly bill plan i get one 581.15 paise bill extra for plan change to 75 kbps to 300 kbps .. used just 7 days ( 12/07/2010 to 21/07/2010 )
    as per your officer say this amount will be credited in to your next bill so i made payment on time like every time ..
    now i get new bill without credited that amount ..so i made complain ,still they are not able to solve this problem
    kindly forward this mail to higer authorities and take proper action to solve my problem.. hope for justice ...Thanking you ..Haresh zaveri
