We had taken "Tikona broadband" connection on the month of December with the speed of 512kbps , since the begning the we are facing the speed problem and regarding this we had complained so many times in Tikona Customer-care but every time they say your complain is in list having highest priority and it has not been fixed till now. More over when we ask for there engineer to come and fix our problem they say we will be sending it tomorrow but tomorrow never comes for them. Our user id is 1102923125.
