I have purchased Cooker Hood (Decorative) from Simran Enterprises, Karnal against bill no 217 on 04/06/2010. I was informed about the life time warranty of this product. I fill the necessary details and sent it to the co. B ut till date I have not received the warranty certificate by the co. I even contact at customer care but there was nobody guide me properly. Still the warranty certificate is pending. I don't know why these silly things happens with the customer. When co wants to sale its product, at that time they talk very politely but why they fail to give sale after service to the customer. It really hurts me.. Poor Sunflame
