Activating a service without my knowledge. I'm using Reliance GSM Service. Today I noticed Rs. 30 deducted from my balance.
I didn't activate any service through any call or message or any other means.
Customer care says that I activated some Sai Baba service via message.
This is simply fraud. They are not ready for the refund. If they activate 10 more services and deduct Rs. 300 no one will listen.
Please help.
