I have noted down few complaint numbers which they provide when we call customer care. And also I have email thread which I had with Sun Direct nodal officer.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am fed up Sun direct service and their response to our problem with Sun direct dish TV. In November times we got a message on our TV screen from Sun Direct as : " we have in new satellite, and contact the customer care for free service to get the the signals."
I called customer care so many times. Every time they just create a new complaint and gives us a complaint number and also says that "we will send our representative soon" but they will not take any further action on our complaint and they never bothered to resolve our problem. Again when I can them next time, they will again do the same think, taking the complaint and giving the complaint number. Now, it is almost two months we are not getting any signal. For all these months, since October when the problem started, we have already paid the monthly charges.
Till date no body bothered to look at our problem and no body called also to verify the problem.
I also tried to contact Nodal officer through email. I emailed him on "Fri, Nov 12, 2010 at 12:17 AM" and I got reply for asking smart card number. I replied to that email with my smart card number on the same day (Nov, 12, 2010). But till today I did not get any single line response from them on this. I reminded them on "Mon, Dec 20, 2010 at 10:08 AM" but still no response.
I am really fed up with their service and unnecessarily I am looking my money here without getting anything.
