I regret to bring to your notice about the poor and delayed service provided by your authorized dealer "Raj Vijay" from Cuddalore. The complaint given was the problem on indicator light and a self start problem (running charge). But not one of the problems was rectified when delivered. Also, the delivery date mentioned on the receipt was nine days prior to the date delivered.
I never had an occasion to complaint about your esteemed services in past on the view of such good track record. I was pushed to such a compulsion to complaint as there was no proper response.
I hope you work into the matter and ensure that it is not repeated. Please do resolve the problem.
