Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Naveen Sharma and I am from city Ambarnath near Mumbai, Maharashtra.
I am writing as a representative of our society.

Our complaint / query is as below:

We had been given possession (Oc'10) for our booked flats in our 'H' - wing in a complex called "Royal Park" which is being constructed by Shree Mahalaxmi Developers. Society formation is not yet over but what we are observing is that builder is deviating too much from his plans and standards. He is constructing some structures for which plan was never disclosed to us. Things which were to be completed by the time of possession are still pending and he is neither willing to complete the things nor he is doing the things as per the standards guiderlines.

What help / information we want from you are:

1. From where we can get "check list" of procedure based on which we can take the handover of the society from the builder

2. Who is authorized to carry out the inspection of towards the activities and their completion based on which we can take the handover of the society.

3. We have been charged heavy interest amount when we were late in making the payments, now the builder is delaying the activities (not in days but in months) even after reminders, pls let us know in such case rules of "delay" is only us or it implies to builder even.

We have all mails and papers of communications for justification / proof which can be presentated whenever required.

Here, we as a "consumer" are not all being considered as. Builder is doing the things in the way he is finding his commercials and profit.

Request you to revert at the earliest so that we can get the things what we should get "actually" as per rights and quality.
