Iam Gaurav.G.K from Hubli Karnataka. I had purchased Samsung Corby pro GTB5310 on Jan 30th 2010. My phone was out of order on Nov 25th 2010 and i had given it for repair.
The keypad was not working. SIDDHIVINAYAK Samsung service center @ 1st floor Laxmi Ramakrishna Square Coen Road kept the mobile for a month and gave me back on DEC 20th . After bringing back home i found that it was not charging , so gave it back to the service center and got it back yesterday 29th Jan 2011. They changed the whole board 2 times but still the problem is not solved. The mobile switches off when i go to create a message and the sound is not working properly , in fact the sound is not coming! Today the warranty is going to expire. i had the mobile hardly for 9 months and 3 months it was with Samsung. What is to be done ? Can i claim for a replacement ? m not happy with the service being provided! please help me out with the problem!
