I booked a flat in Plumeria-II, greater Noida project in March-08 and due to delay in construction cancelled the booking in Dec-09. During booking I paid 3 lakh cash and rest through check. Amount paid through check has been refunded but cash component paid to Rohtas projects pvt Ltd is still pending and not getting any satisfied response while contacting to them.
Please do helpful and suggest the necessary steps to get my amount back from this company.
