    I brought nokia7610 supernova from Spice Hotspot,Darya ganj and with mobile i also purchased carepack which care
    my mobile against physical damaged and liquid. My bill is misplaced but i have a photocopy of bill. My mobile is
    fall in water so i submitted my mobile on 20 oct 2010 but they are not doing any process please resolve my problem.
