sir,i am rajesh kumar verma from bihar now i am in chennai..i am using airtel prepaid from 2008 and my contact no is 09791137983, on 27th i have recharged my mobile wid 22 rs pack.i have got a succesfull report( trans ID 119028101 n time 7.50 pm).i started to call calls to avail per sec plan but yet after recharging i ws on the old plan of 50 paise per min.i hv called airtel customer care 3 times on 27th they coldnot responce my call n finally they have bloked 198 service of airtel.again on 28th i have called airtel nodel officer.nodal officer said me,sir problem will b rectified.again on 29th for 3 times i hv called coustomer care dey could not make me talk with their supervisior.finally they boloked 198 facilty on 29th.still today by date on 29th 9.00 pm i have been charged 50 paise per minute plan though i should be charged 1/1.2 paisee per sec.
sir, i am very feedup with the airtel service.please give a proper solution.
