This is the complaint against HSBC credit card. Myself Sumit Roy would like to bring it to your kind attention that myself holding the credit card of HSBC bank vide card number 4476 9299 9187 6456 . By the time i am having an outstanding of Rs 24625 dated 15 April 2009 as per the statement issued by the bank, I had make a payment of the entire amount vide cheque against which i have recived the money receipt from the HSBC Bank .Then the representative had lost the cheque an came to my residence asking for the money recipt by force.But the same was not been handed over besides i have asked them the reason why should i handover the money receipt to you when i have already issued the cheque to HSBC bank towards full and final payment. On asking repeatedly then the guy disclosed that he had lost the cheque.So accordingly i asked him to lodge the complain in local police station and give me the copy against lost cheque issued by me and i will issue him the fresh cheque. But they didnt turned up and finally i went to HSBC bank (Kolkata) spoke to Mr Khan He said he will going to settle the case by taking the half of the amount in that case my name will there be in the cibil. Even after a several follow up they didnt provided me with the documents moreover they kept on adding interest and late payment and penalty to my existing amount. HSBC Bank insisting on settlement whereas i am asking them to reverse the bill so that i can clear the dues rather going for settlement. HSBC Bank authority Mr Arnob Roy Choudhury threatening me of issuing warrant against me in case i will not follow as they said.
