Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that I am Asis Kumar Chaudhuri ( Mob. No. 9883313123 ) complaint on 16th Dec.2010 to change my billing Scheme format from 399.00 to 0.01 paisa per sec. And your customer care assure me to change it from 18th Dec.2010 (Billing Season) . But I have received my Bill on previous scheme. Repeately I have complint on 25th Jan.2011 and your customer care transfer my line to their higher authority for this perpose. He assure me to solve this problem and call back to me after that I will pay my bill. But till now he has not call me . But unfortunately they cut my phone ( incomming & outgoing calls) .

So, please do the need action as early as possible so that I will pay my dues and open my connection .
