I am having airtel mobile connection no. 9815192898 since last 5 to 6 years. Now from last two months the company is harassing me a lot. Previously some services were actavited on my mobile on different dates and on my requests the company officials disconnected those service. The company official always made an excuse that I have myself started those services but on my request he failed to tell me that on which date what message I sent to start the service or how I started the service. Always they told me that I have some how started the service. Unfortunately I have no proof to show them that I have not started any service. The key to deduct the amount from account is in hands of company and I have no power to stop them from deducting money from my account. Once when I insisted that I have not started any service then they returned me a balance of Rs. 30. I requested them each time that I does not need any service and they should stop activation of all services in future also and I require only call service. Each time the company official assured me that now onwards no service shall be started on my mobile. Last time about 10 or 12 day I received a message from 56060 that a service has been started on my mobile namely Fun Times as trial basis. I filed a complaint on this site against the company and a company official contacted me and assured me that this service is only a trial basis and is shall be discontinued automatically. I then requested him that I did not need this service and told him to immediately stop this service. He told me that he is going to stop the service. He also told me that I can myself stop the service by sending a message on 121. Today I came to know that the said service is continue on my mobile and Rs. 1 is being deducted from my account daily. I send many messages with stop request to 121 but always I received the message that there is no service activated on my number. Now I am fed up with the cheating and fraud of company. Today I sent a message for portability and I shall go for another company. The company is not happy with its old customers and want to loose them. If this site has any power to inquire in any matter then I request to any official to conduct an inquiry. The company shall certainly have the earlier conversation between me and company officials regarding my earlier complaints.
