    Default Tata Sky New Fault Connection -- Tata sky cheated for worst service

    Hi,

    I requested for new connection Tata sky on 24th Jan 2011.
    My subscription id is 1061147490 .

    From the very first day the installation is not correct, the signals are not coming and it looks that set up box is a faulty one.
    After giving a mail and complaint call, the nodal officer only calls that service engineer will correct it but it has not been corrected yet now.
    For new setup box they are asking extra full money.
    They are not ready to disconnect it too.

    I am feeling like full cheated from a brand like TATA.

    Please help me as what should i do to get the service for what i have paid.

    I took this connection on 24 Jan 2011 through help desk.

    You have fitted a faulty Set up box in my house , Baner, Pune.
    I am totally unhappy and unsatisfied by the Tata sky service and installation.
    The signal are coming very bad. The picture is not coming well.
    I am really unsatisfied and feeling cheated.

    I never expected such a bad service from your service engineers .
    Please take this issue or urgent basis.
    You cannot cheat the customers by giving faulty set up box.

    Default Tata sky worst service

    I have rechrged my account 5 days back still my screen has payment reminders on every channel making it impossible to watch any.

    I ahve called CC 7-8 times and wrote to them 3 times but no response.

    I tried to get my money refunded but they said they will not refund my money, problem will be resolved.

    What a loot, they are deducting money from my account day by day and services are not availble.

    I am thinking of putting the case in consumer court.
