    Default Train left 5 mins before departure and full refund not provided against filed TDR

    Hello Sir/Ma'am,

    This complain is regarding Indian Railways. We were travelling as group of 7 people on 29th December from Old Delhi Railway station with Jammu Mail. The train left 5 mins before its scheduled departure time, as a result we missed our train. I applied for a full refund on the ground that it was Indian Railways fault. The train shouldn't have left before it's actual departure time.

    This caused us so much trouble travelling with 3 old age people. We had to find an alternate means to travel to our destination which costed us more money and we lost one day on our holiday and so much harrasment because of this indiscipline of Indian Railways.

    I am talking in reference to the following 2 TDRs that I filed on IRCTC website.

    1) TDR Details
    Reason For TDR: Passenger Not Travelled. TDR Status: TDR Entered Reference No: ekt2011015001978864
    TDR Zone: NR TDR Filing Date: 05-Jan-2011


    2) TDR Details
    Reason For TDR: Passenger Not Travelled. TDR Status: TDR Entered Reference No: ekt2011015001978859
    TDR Zone: NR TDR Filing Date: 05-Jan-2011

    I tried to claim a full refund against the above mentioned 2 TDRs and wrote several emails to them. They have refunded me only 50% of the amount and that too against only one of the TDRs. I would like to claim full refund against the 2 TDRS. I am not asking for any compensation against the loss of one day of my holiday and against the trouble that we had gone through because of the early departure of our train but atleast would expect full refund against it.

    Kindly help me to claim a full refund against the above TDRs. I would really be grateful to you.

    Kindly advise if some action has been taken or not? I still have not received full refund.

    Hi,

    i was Airtel Prepiad user, now i converted to postpaid. Problem is that when number is converted i immediately activated 198 internet pack for internet, i get the confirmation message but after three days i got the message that you have exceeded your credit limit of 1000 Rs and your current outstanding is 3500Rs.

    Pls help me out from this..
