    Angry complaint against reliance communications

    I was using Reliance Broadband Services for 2-3 months after that my internet was not working for 2-3 months i lodged the complaint with RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS call center executive afetr few i enquired about the status the executive replied that the complaint had been resolved and it has been confirmed from my side but as per my knowledge none of the engineer visited the site to resolve the issue after follwing for sometime and not getting the positve response i went for the disconnection of the services.the request no. for the same was 139531466 after which i got the final cancellation no. 139980569.But now after few days i have got a letter from the advocate for the bill amount of Rs 3256/- to be paid in within 14 days of the notice failing which will attract the legal proceedings.Sir i request you to please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.Waiting for you positive response.

    Hello sir,
    my name is rajiv and i am one of the user of reliance gsm bearing mobile no 9595843173,i want to complaint against this reliance communication,they have deducted rs.40/- towards caller tune rental and song downloading charges on 5th and 6th feb 2011 respectively.on speaking to customer care,i got only one reply that it has been requested by me,but the fact is that my mobile was not with me when the charge has been deducted,so how can i request....?????this is completely done by company...so they has to refund my money back...
    So i request you to kindly look into the matter as the money is my hard earned...so i cant let it go like this....looking forward for kind cooperation.

    Default mobile no.

    Sir,

    My name is Sunil Kumar and I am using a reliance gsm no. 7677777405. I have a complain against reliance communication.I got a recharge of Rs 110 on date may 19 ,2012 and on 21st I found unnecessary deduction of rs.60 from my account .I gave copliant in customer care and they told me it will be refunded in maximum 2 days but its more than 3 days now I am still not with execution instead I found more unnecessary deductions as they have subscribed caller tunes on my mobile with prior permission of me.

    I have been in contact with customer care executives regularly but they have stopped taking my call so I am helpless and have no other option than consumer court.

    Kindly listen to us and ensure any further such deductions and please refund the amount to me.

    i am using reliance broadband internet connection from last 3-4 months . I am facing problem of no connectivity problem from last one and half month . First they gave me reason that your usage has crossed the limit and after few days again i faced the same problem and when ever i call to the toll free number the call center executive says server is down in your area almost for 10 days and did not file the complaint . Now i have requested to cut the connection and still there is no response from reliance side . Even i have paid the one month rent for free without any usage due to no internet coverage from the reliance side . I am so disappointed from their side . They just don't know how deal with their customer . Still i am looking for their response and for sure i will not gonna pay the bill for next month in place of refundable security been given for the modem to me back .

    Hello sir,
    my name is rohitash and i am one of the user of reliance gsm bearing mobile no
    917877359545,i want to complaint against this reliance communication,they have deducted rs.10/- towards Portfolio service for 10 days. this Services is start is 11-11-2012 time 8.02pm.on speaking to customer care,i got only one reply that it has been requested by me,but the fact is that my mobile was not with me when the charge has been deducted,so how can i request....?????this is completely done by company...so they has to refund my money back...
    So i request you to kindly look into the matter as the money is my hard earned...so i cant let it go like this....looking forward for kind cooperation.

    Thumbs down SMS Problem

    I am using Reliance Postpaid No. 9018675123 Since Almost 1 Year and Since then i am reporting to Reliance Customer Care service that i am not Able to RECEIVE any SMS from any number while i can SEND to all numbers.
    But Really a very Poor and Disgusting response from Reliance Customer Care, i was not expecting from INDIA'S no.1 Service providers that thy will make their customer to suffer like this.
    Every time when i called on reliance customer care number they gave me Complaint number and a time of 48 hrs but from last 1 year those 48 hrs never got completed. and when called After 48 hrs thy kept me on Hold for several minutes and then dropped the call.
    My Last Complaint was Registered on 23 Oct under complaint no 190057095 and time was given 48 hrs but its more than a month over now and as usual No solution...
    SMS is a very Basic Service Which Reliance cannot Provide. Really Disgusting....

    My uncle Reliance mobile no.98176-35749 has suddenly stopped working on 1-5-2013. I personally visited to your office situated at Kasumpti (Shimla) on and the representative of your office advised me to go to customer care center the Mall Shimla. Accordingly, I visited customer care center the Mall Shimla and the persons sitting there told that the number has been terminated. When I asked the reason of termination, they can’t give satisfactory answer. It is submitted that minimum recharge of Rs.100/- per month has been done regularly on this number and the number is regularly in use. It is, therefore, requested kindly to look in the matter personally and the number may very kindly be activated forthwith. In case of any inquiry, please mail on the following e-mail address:-

    Post complain for reliance Communication

    Im sahil kumar using reliance number 9016194056 gujarat state..my balance got deducted everyday for rs 1.5/- I tied to call customare care but from last 2months 198 & *333 Are not connecting my number to any executive to talk..i can,t change my number as it is very important for me to stick with present number im sufferinf of informed deductions from last 1 month please do the needful

    Default For stoping renewal monthly sms Pack

    Sir my self shyam pagare and I am using gsm my no is 7620460069 Sir I told cc to stop the renewal monthly sms Pack of several times
    But the amount deducted from 6th months I couldn't recharge more due to dedication of amount plz help from this service.
