    Angry complaint against reliance communications

    I was using Reliance Broadband Services for 2-3 months after that my internet was not working for 2-3 months i lodged the complaint with RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS call center executive afetr few i enquired about the status the executive replied that the complaint had been resolved and it has been confirmed from my side but as per my knowledge none of the engineer visited the site to resolve the issue after follwing for sometime and not getting the positve response i went for the disconnection of the services.the request no. for the same was 139531466 after which i got the final cancellation no. 139980569.But now after few days i have got a letter from the advocate for the bill amount of Rs 3256/- to be paid in within 14 days of the notice failing which will attract the legal proceedings.Sir i request you to please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.Waiting for you positive response.

    Default reliance communication

    Hello sir,
    my name is rajiv and i am one of the user of reliance gsm bearing mobile no 9595843173,i want to complaint against this reliance communication,they have deducted rs.40/- towards caller tune rental and song downloading charges on 5th and 6th feb 2011 respectively.on speaking to customer care,i got only one reply that it has been requested by me,but the fact is that my mobile was not with me when the charge has been deducted,so how can i request....?????this is completely done by company...so they has to refund my money back...
    So i request you to kindly look into the matter as the money is my hard earned...so i cant let it go like this....looking forward for kind cooperation.

    Default mobile no.

    Sir,

    My name is Sunil Kumar and I am using a reliance gsm no. 7677777405. I have a complain against reliance communication.I got a recharge of Rs 110 on date may 19 ,2012 and on 21st I found unnecessary deduction of rs.60 from my account .I gave copliant in customer care and they told me it will be refunded in maximum 2 days but its more than 3 days now I am still not with execution instead I found more unnecessary deductions as they have subscribed caller tunes on my mobile with prior permission of me.

    I have been in contact with customer care executives regularly but they have stopped taking my call so I am helpless and have no other option than consumer court.

    Kindly listen to us and ensure any further such deductions and please refund the amount to me.

    Angry Complaint against reliance broadband

    Dear sir,

    i am using reliance broadband internet connection from last 3-4 months . I am facing problem of no connectivity problem from last one and half month . First they gave me reason that your usage has crossed the limit and after few days again i faced the same problem and when ever i call to the toll free number the call center executive says server is down in your area almost for 10 days and did not file the complaint . Now i have requested to cut the connection and still there is no response from reliance side . Even i have paid the one month rent for free without any usage due to no internet coverage from the reliance side . I am so disappointed from their side . They just don't know how deal with their customer . Still i am looking for their response and for sure i will not gonna pay the bill for next month in place of refundable security been given for the modem to me back .
