There has been a deduction of Rs 875 as below from my ICICI saving bank account
19/01/2011 QABChgs,oct-dec10+ST77 DR INR 827.00
this deduction has been done without any prier notice and dont know why
I need my money back.

but this time from jan to mar i was maintain my minimum balance still they deducted from my account .

how to get my money back this time

I am also a customer of ICICI bank form 2004 to now , i ve opened a salary account, they charged me with some of 26/07/2011 QABChgs-Jun11+ST Rs 93 DR INR 993.00, If this exist where shall we go keep our money then, a common man cannot afford to maintain 20000 in a account, we are not Millionairess. The money they are taking is our money which we have earned it by working day and night. This is not right at all u the banks can't do this to the ppl who they trust and keep there money in the banks thinks that they are safe, what i say now the banks are also not safe at all. This has to change. tHE GOVT HAS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS pls

Same thing happened with me, even I had maintained the minimum balance.
Recently I received my BANK statement where i found in the particulars section "QABChgs-Jun11 + ST Rs77" and an amount of 827 Rs. was deducted.
I searched over the internet , as per my understanding they say that they deducted the money due to not maintaining the minimum balance.

But I have maintained the minimum balance.
Please clarify on the same if anyone has more information.
and do tell me if anyone got your money back.

This is Mansi.
I think it is unfair on a renowned bank like ICICI to withdraw an amount of Rs.827 as QABChgs even when the account maintains the minimum balance required. Some action needs to be taken. Customers need to be intimated before such a nuisance is done.

What actions have been taken, if I may know.

I am Akshay and I am a student of BITS Pilani. I opened an account in ICICI a few months back, actually the bank itself had setup a temporary account opening counter inside the campus for the faculty and the students. When i opened my savings account, i was told that i had to maintain a "quaterly sum" of Rs 5000 in my account. Now till date i have made a lot of transactions big and small and i am guesssing that the 5000 quaterly mark was always maintained. But now suddenly i find that some
