    Default Hyundai Car Complaint



    this is to inform you that i have purchased a brand new i20 numbered DL 8CT 4751 in August 2010 from Himgiri Hyundai Pvt. Ltd., Wazirpur, New Delhi. since i have purchased this car i am facing a lot many problems regarding it's:

    1. Steering (it don't comes back to its original position when we turn it i.e on U Turns)
    2. Alignment (dis balance of steering on rough roads, lack of stability)
    3. Un Usual Under Body Sound (produced a cracking sounds on rough road or patched road in high speed)
    4. Tyre Worn in mileage of 6,000 KMs. (don't know the appropriate reason for ware of front 2 tyres from outside)

    and for above same complains i have given my car for repair 2-3 times to company i.e (Himgiri Hyundai Pvt. Ltd.), but thats unfortunate of me that still i am having most of the problems in my car and i am very very disappointed to buy a car form India's esteemed car manufacturer HMIL.
    On complain to Himgiri Hyundai Pvt. Ltd., concern service department refuse to accept the manufacturing default of these problems of steering, alignment etc. They totally refused for tyre replacement also. I would like you to have a meet on same bothering issue about new car with any of your company officials so that practically i can show my unhonorables problems I am going through by purchasing this car because i don't find my fault in above all malfunctions due to my error.

    I wish that my complains will be herd at priority level asap with some definite solution not pressurizing me for taking an any legal step ahead.

    Dear sir/ Madam



    I have serviced my car no. HR 13 B 5300, on 12 feb (paid service)



    and in free companion .In srishti hyundai bahadurgarh (HR).



    During this service you workshop has destroyed my car's centre locking



    remote and they are not accepting it, also i told to do ac service during both



    services that is ignore by your executive and i am suffering from it.



    Please do some thing regarding this if you can.

    Default I20 steeering problem

    I HAVE PURCHASED I20 FROM HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA DELHI, SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE GIVEN MY CAR TO THE HMPL SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALIGNMENT BUT FROM THE DAY I PURCHASE THE NEW CAR i.e IN AUGUST 2010 THE CAR RUNS TOWARS THE LEFT SIDE........

    SEEMS TO BE MANUFACTURING PROBLE,
    REVERT AT THE EARLIEST ELSE I HAVE TO CARY A THIRD PARTY INSPECTION AND TAKE THE CASE ACCORDINGLY.

    Default Hyundai Verna Car continuous Problem(Life only 1.48Lakh Kilometers)

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased Verna UP-16V-2586, on 13th.OCT.2008 from Hyundai Motor Plaza,used around 1.48Lakh Kilometers,
    regular servicing from Hyundai Motor plaza.
    Last two month Every week some or other problem
    First Rail Changed,then High pressure Diesel pump,today clutch plate,

    I can say Verna Life is only 1.48Lakh ,you should change the vehicle before it,already invested more then Rs.1.6Lakhs in two month and donot how much more to invest????

    Default Hyundai i10 - causing Health hazards

    I bought a new car on July 27 from Safdarjang Gurgaon Center . On July 28 I told the dealer that the clutch is hard- dealer said its normal with new cars!!! I went back after a week;dealer did a bit of oiling etc but there was no improvemnet- called the customer care 100 times since i bought a car no action. On first service ! they replaced the clutch - But again no improvement.After driving this car I am facing serious pain and issue in my back pain and left leg..THE CAR IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HEALTHY DRIVING!!!!


    I either need replacement of the car or get this rectified asap.....!!!!Please suggest how to proceed!!!!

    I am a Hundai customer since last 3 yrs.We bought brand new Hundai I10 ,Magna ,Car number AP 35 J 7092 ,chasis no. MALAM 51CR9M314648,engine no. G4LA9M130866 ;on 22 june 2009 at Laxmi Hundai ,Visahkhapatnam ,Andhra Pradesh. WE are facing multiple problems with our car . Initially to start with the power windows stopped working which got repaired in your authorised workshop.Then the automatic locking system stopped working ,then slowly the wiper didn’t work which was replaced costing us Rs 4000/ -and then the horn worked intermittently and finaly it also stopped working .
    It was all repaired in your authorised showroom in Vizianagram(as we r residing in Vizianagaram),AP
    Then the silencer broke which we repaired twice.
    Everytime we complain temperory repairs are made but the problem seems to resurface again .We feel the overall the electrical system of this perticular car is going heyway and we are unable to find the proper reason.
    Before buying Hundai I10 we used to have Maruti`s Alto which we used for 5 yrs and never we faced any problem not even a small puncture in 5 yrs
    The problems we are facing with Hundai car are not at all expected from a reputed company like you.With lots of beliefs we bought the car ultimately feeling unsatisfied.

    Default corporate bonus/discount

    I purchased accent car in 9 th feb-2012 .Agent commeted for corporate bonus. I submitted my company letter and documents.After six month bonus should be send but still i not got corporate bonus cheque.Pl do need full. My car dealar is nanavati company , L.P sanvani road,surat,gujarat. Sales man name is harish patel

    Angry staff was not knowladged about product and found attitude while dealing

    My self aditya sharma a hyundai car lover. After geting so many service calls from himgiri hyundai wazirpur i decided to take my hyundai i20 to the body shop for accident repair yesterday ie 4-march-2013. Firstly i went himgiri showroom next to allheavens banquete i entered and directed to take to body shop which is on the back side of the showroon. The representative was very polite and guide me properly with all neccesary information. Then i takemy car to body shop were i met Mr. Yuvraj firstly he knocked my window to come out which i really dont like after that he inspected my damages and ask to seat to give me aprox coat of the repair. Meanwhile he ordered atea for himself and ask me informaly just for a sake to hv but i refused because i dont like the way he offers me after that he give me approx estimate of 13000 after the claim amount in that estimate he add some labour dep % of 3500rs which i asked for justification then he says that its 875 rs which is a big amout. Then he addd a value of 2800 for front rail damage which is not damaged at all which i showed him whrn he investigate my damage again. After that he est. Me for 6000 rs. Which is major difference amout for me. After that i got ready to give my car for repaire i give him all my documents then after waiting for 30 min he got busy with some other customer. So fimaly i came out from the office and started my car to come back at that time he was standing there with his friend and not dare to ask me to stop. I feel such a worst service from a reputated car brand. After this experience i'll never rver come back to himgiri for any future service. My registration no. DL10CD2826

    Lightbulb Non satisfied with your Bilaspur Huindai Car Show room

    Dear Sir,

    This is for kind infromation that i have purchased a Santro Xing GLS car on dt. 31-12-2012 from your Bilaspur showroom.But unfortunately the car made an head-on collision with a tree on dt. 20-01-2013, hence the car was shifted to your Bilaspur show room for repairing.In this connection i would like to say that the car was detained at your showroom for a 1 and 1/2 Month to repair the same.But sorry to say that they have not taken proper care about my car.after even i have paid Rs.50,000/-(Fifty thousand rupees).

    On dt.14-3-2013 the car was handover to me by you Manager Huindai-Bilaspur.As per his statement the car was taken fully cared checked by our highly experienced mechanic and found ok.But in the same day the car was started giving trouble and at last the car was being heated and break down after running aprrox 5 km.Today i have talked to your manager Mr.Mustaq about the trouble the he told me that we have forgot to check the Fuel meter and the car had no fuel.But while i was handed over to them my car had alteast 10lit petrol in my car.that the huidai people were also checked the fuel condition. At present my car is again in your bilaspur service centre.

    Reliability of Huidai's car and services are being de populared here in bilaspur.

    You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter personally.so that the car can be repaired properly with best satisfaction.

    Angry i m totally dissapoint with ur services

    last year my car accident in merrut my car goes to Dass Hyundai service center they make over my car but the internal problem cant solve they make my both legs of my car but left side car leg not make properly when i drive my car upto 60kmph my car do jumping when i seethis problem i go back to ur service center n left my car i ur services center they want 7 day to repair it after that they call me n say that car has been repaired last month in march i m going to services center the problem is still when i told my rajesh ji they say sir no problem plz give me a time of 5 day i will check personal then after it i call u.then i came back.on 23 march they call me again today i come to services center the problem is still i m totally confused that i take hyundai car i totally dissapoint ur services

    our dealer from whom we bought our car I20, he is not responding to our demand for having service of our car. he always delays the matter whenever we call at the workshop or showroom..

    Thumbs down booking complaint

    I have booked a Hyundai verna fluidic 1.4 CRDI EX on 20 march 2013,but till date I have not received my car,on repeated enquiry I am told that the car is on transit,does it take so long to travel from Chennai (factory) to Silchar(Assam).
