I tried to call their helpline no. 011-43144314, but after one ring they made their phone busy and finally when someone picked up on their emergency no. 9582731937,he confirmed me that someone will attend me in an hour's time. But surprisingly, no one turned up. And each time i tried to call on their no., after one ring it was made busy. This is very unprofessional. They are frauds and cheaters and are playin with customers faith and money. I want my subscription fess to be returned with intrest and ample compensation for the inconvinence caused.
