Dear sir/Mam

we have heard a lot about consumer court and their decision which are benificial for the consumer, so its my first time i am visited to your site for my right.

On 17 th of January i had sent a courier through JAINA COURIER,( kaiser gunj main delhi road Meerut). recipt no 19603390 to Kichha but till now it has not been recieved and we are not getting any proper response by that courier company and its owner Mr jain, as per there wordicts we are assuming that our courier is being lost, the value of that courier is 3000 rs and the courier company is refusing to give the claim and saying that it is not our responsibility.

so kindly help in resolving our problem.
