This is Prateek and am a reliance GSM customer past one year. They have been regularly cutting money from my balance and the repeated complaints fall on deaf ears. Everytime the customer care backend fellow talks rashly saying we have activated some pack. I even gave a request not to activate any VAS whatsoever but still it continues.

on dec 31 98 rupees got cut from my balance and their servers were as usual very busy to reply me till 5th Jan when i just gave up as i had better work to do.

Now again on 27th Jan some 30 rupees were deducted from my balance and it became -14 from 15.9 bucks. Again i had to call several times to find out what happened and acc to them I had again activated some plan. When i asked them what that pack does, they did not even have the info for the pack.

this harassment has become too much and i have finally given a porting request to a different network. I just cannot keep fighting with these unprofessional people.
