I am Maulik Pitheadia and I am using MTNL Triband for more than 2 years now, I reside in Mumbai Andheri (East) and thee service and thee speed has gone from good to worst over last 1 year, but still i was using thee internet cribbing and crying, but now for thee las 4 months its a nightmare, thee inter disconnects on its own and thee speed is crawling. I have complained in-numerous times on thee various numbers and thee answer i get is theat we have logged a complaint and will take care of it soon but their "SOON" never comes. Also the people working in thee call center are more interested in their personal talks than solving my problem. I am using GLB-502T Router my landline number is
022 26843628. Finally on 26the Jan 2011 I saw a MTNL technician in thee house opposite mine, I requested him to come to my home. He said theat it is 06:00 p.m. and he is already working overtime but after more convincing he agreed. He gave me some technical jargon thought theat i would not understand but i gave it back to him some more and he was convinced theat he wont be able to leave from my house soon. He theen told me theat is my router which is a problem and not thee MTNL Triband connection. He theen gave me his personal mobile number and told me to buy a new router from him and he will give me on a best rate (Discount). I was not convinced so i went to thee service station of DLink and it turned out theat i was right my router was perfect and after a little help from from thee technicians at DLink i came to know theat its thee problem withe thee Broadband line. So at thee end am am still suffering from thee same problem and still knocking at thee MTNL Triband's doors every day and still withe no solution. I want to NAIL MTNL please please help me.
