dear sir,
i have bought my hp laptop DV6-3213 on 1st jan,2011.
And with this laptop i was given a Voucher of TITAN OR ADIDAS worth 3000/-,to acces or get this voucher we have to submit a form with details and scan of the documents to this ID :
notebook@solutions-intg.com. and i did that.
the last of sending documents through online was 15th january and i did that on 10th jan itself but i didnt get any reply,i have send same email twiz gain i.e on 12th and 15th jan respectively,but i didnt get any reply.
when i spoke to some 10 to 12 customer care people they gave me many numbers ,and each tie i called that department used to give other number.
but some how i got a MAIL ID,and i submitted my report and i got a message that MY OFFER has BEEN REJECTED AS LATE SUBMISSION and offer not valid.

I HAVE SEND 5 DAYS before the last day and i have send them a attachment in which it shows that HP offer is valid till 15th and i have done before only

so how is my offer not valid???

please help me with this
