Dear Sir/Madam

I am Dileep Kumar working in Irrigation Department Bahraich.
My Salary Account is in Punjab National Bank (Heera Singh Market Bahraich).
I have withdrawal 10,000 Rs (Date30-05-2010) by using ATM due to ATM machien fault amount not obtained. But my account is showing that amount debit on that date.
I was register a complain in Punjab National Bank at that time,
Complain Number - 29946456
Complain Date - 2-06-2010
Bank Account Number- 072000106067739

After above complain my amount (Rs10000) still not credited in my account.

Kindly do the needfull action regarding this matter.
