I got airtel prepaid connection on 22th april 2011 in my wife`s name. At beginning everyyhing was ok.On 6th may I recharge by Rs.480 (120*4) . But as my son was at Mumbai on 9th may with this mobile/ sim ,after 1 hour of reaching Mumbai sim was blocked. We contacted custamorcare but they informed me that everything is okay as they saw in the system & he can not understand why sim was not working ? After contacting several times I was informed that sim was blocked due to incomplete document. Anyone can understand the situation when my son was 1700 k.m. away 1st time & he was not being cotacted .My son with my family frustated too much. Anyhow I managed one sim & send it to my son by courier. After contacting the dealer I again deposited required document. About 7day after redocument the sim again activated. But I am very sorry to say Again that my sim was again blocked on 26th may 2011. Firstly I have been informed that there is no problem.But after several intimation I was informed by custamorcare official that my sim was blocked as minimum Rs.200 recharge is must in 180 days. my mobile no. is 9939973968.
