Dear Sir/Madam,

Never thought that the service of IDEA can be this much embarrasing and poor. I have applied for blackberry services on my number 9990911275(pre paid) on 11th of january and on the same day they deducted Rs. 399 from my account but until now no services have been activated for me. I called the customer care and the bb services about 3 times a day, talked with the seniors, mailed them but no positive reply. Have talked to abt an hour with the customer care on some day. paid a charge of 50 paise every 3 minutes for the useless customer care, but still no response. This is really embarrasing. I want to get compensation for that and my money back in CASH. can anyone help . Since furthur I dont want to continue with IDEA and want to change my operator as IDEA SUCKS, can anyone help me getting my money back. Also a substantive amount of my balance always went in talking with the customer care people . Literally they are useless and talking to them is just killing your precious time.

I hope some sort of action will be taken against them.
