Hi ,

I am using Airtel number from last 4 years which was postpost. 2 months back i convert same number to prepaid. i submited all req. document at the same time. After converting to prepaid one day suddenly card says invlaid sim. i called customer care they ask me to vist CRC. When i visted center they are unable to tell me why my number is not working and provide solution to go for new number ... WTF is possible to change number one fine day . it was working till 20th Jan .... CRC executives saying that they dont have idea why number is not working. Is this a answer ??? then who knows why number is not working....

They are not giving any perticular resason behind number block.

i wish to have this number back.... when i switch to prepaid every day i got a message of activated serive & x amount charged which i never subscribed... airtel is the biggest cheeter ..... please let me know the procedure to get back my number...
