I have recharged and have sufficient balance in my account 41208155857 R. Since two month i can't watch TV but failed to call ur customer representative. I remember the last complain number mentioned above. Since 15 days i follow up on each alternative day. Now I am frustrated and don't know what i talk to ur team.

Now I think i should go for RTI and consumer court if i don't get any support within 24 hours now.
