I Nikhil Pardasaney bought a nokia 5800 phone last year (18.12.2009) and wanted to extend my warranty. Sir to extend my warranty i went to a near by nokia care center located in Defence colony new Delhi and submitted my phone along with Rs.565 on 17.12.2010 a day before my warranty was to expire,sir due to some technical problem in there computer they were unable to give me the extended warranty certificate,there after i was told to visit them the next day to collect it,but the next day the same problem was reported and i was told to wait,then sir on the 4jan2011 i again gave them a call to ask about the certificate and that time i was told we cannot extend the warranty due to some problem thus would request you to come and take bake the money there after i called to nokia care on 30303838 and reported the matter,they told me that you are eligible and we would talk to the nokia care people and would get back to you,sir they did give me a call but no action has been taken till now.Sir i don't know what to do.I request you to pleas help me as soon as possible
