I had sent a parcel to the US on the 17th of January, Monday, and was assured delivery by the following Thursday or Friday the 21st January at the latest. Today is Thursday, the 27th of January. I sent the parcel 10 days ago, it has not yet reached. In fact, it will not reach for another few days, I am told.

My brother is getting married in Feb, and we printed his wedding invitation cards in India. This parcel contained 40 wedding invitation cards, that he wanted to give his friends and family in the US. If the cards reach so late, the wedding invites will be useless.

First of all, I paid Rs. 6000 as courier charges, which I would like as a refund. In addition, do let me know what kind of compensation I can avail of.

Thank you.
