I have very bad experience with Metlife.I applied for online policy (Application Number 495015559) and Metlife has used my money for one month and they did not give me any feedback.Now i got the message that my cheque will be refunded.
You should give me comemsation for the poor customer service offered and using my money.I had submitted all my documents to the executive in time.
Comapany has no transperancy to check the application status.
