Hi,
I have registered a complain on last 28th of April, 2012 to your customer service regarding my washing machine not working. During the call, I was told that there will be an immediate action taken from your side and someone from your technical team will be taking care of the action.
After that, there’s no action taken from your side.
Almost every alternate days, I have been following it up and every time I am told that, based on the records of previous maintenance done to my washing machine, it’s noticed that both the shaft and bearing of the machine are required to be replaced and due to parts unavailability, the call is still open and someone from your team will come and collect the machine asap.
It’s been more than three weeks now, but still nothing is done, and the machine is still dead.
I think, it’s a great example of unprofessional behavior of your service team. And, I am sorry to say, this is not something that we expect from Whirlpool.
