I sagar khandu bhosale giving complaint against tata photon plus usb. i have closed my account though bills are generating continuously. in the month of november rs.913 bill was generated. I go to the tata indicom centre for paying bill . and i wanted to close the internet usb because it was very slow.then the person said that if you pay bill. then new bill will generate. so he said that the person from tata indicom will come to your home. then you pay the bill and your account will close. so i wait for the company person. but the person not came. one person came from company in the month of december. now in the month of decmeber the service was totally close. no use of internet though bill is generated. i said my problem to the person and agree to pay last bill of 913 rs. but the person was not talk well and went. then another person came in the month of january. i said the problem. then the person said you pay the 913 rs. then your account will close permanently with closing letter. so one confirmation letter gave to the person.and i paid bill on 20jan2011. though i got bill on 25jan11 of the month of december and january. the company is giving mental torture . the relationship no. 97731625 was not worked. and 898304446 no. is not recognized. the people coming from company are not giving proper information. and some times after giving one bill another person came for asking same bill. the company is not putting proper records. I am not using the internet since the month of decemebt and january. though how bills are generating. i am complaining against tata photon plus for giving mental torture to us.
