Reason : i recharge 20 rs in 22/1/2011, i got 15 rs talk time , but in 23rd night i dial a number, it was the first call after the recharge, and call duration was just 250 sec
call charge of that call was only 2.50 Rs, sudden i got the service msg, last call from main balance: 2.50. Main Balance :2.59,
in that time i call to the customer care,
tell about that balance deduction.
my call attend a customer care executive her name is remya
he softly given the details about the balance deduction,
and ask i attend a call and activate a service in call method

that day i not attend that call
i saw the number, i know that number was in reliance customer care, so i not attend
i save all reliance customer care number,
executive transfer the call to senior executive, suhail.
i tell the problem, that executive responce the same in customer executive


before 1 month same problem,
that morning i got a message from reliance, that message was your health tip service was active 20 rs renewed from this day,
that service activate by customer care side, that was true,
that day i call to the customer care and give the details about that health tip message
one of the lady executive tell, no service was active in your account , it was wrong message and in youur account balance not deduct,
i repeat that message details, executive surely tell no deduct in your account. i am so happy about that details, but after 3 hr
my balance was deduct,in 20 rs, how???????????

sudden i call to customer care and tell that details...
but my problem not solved

please help


this 2 service is not act in my side , that is true....

total 30 rs was deduct in my account
