Reliance prepaid cdma mobile - talktime not given on net recharge

    Default Reliance prepaid cdma mobile - talktime not given on net recharge

    For my Mobile no. 9323944738 , I recharged my prepaid account through my ICICI Bank account directly for Rs.121/- on 2.12.2010 , after getting SMS from Reliance Com saying ' Rs.121/- talktime + Rs.121/- local minutes valid for 7 days' will be given on e-recharge'. Unfortunately Talktime given is only Rs.0.01 i.e. 1 paisa. Several e-mails were sent to company registering my complaint. On 28.12.2010 Mr. Mitesh from Reliance Com's Legal Department contacted me . After hering the case confirmed that I should get Rs.121/- talktime which will be added shortly. However, till date this is not added.
