ICICI debit ECS in my bank a/c many times and I paid every time bank charges Hi,
I have taken personal loan from ICICI Bank and my account no is LPDEL00014270945. My complaint are as follows.
My ECS is not cleared on 5th of January 2011. Again ECS is done on 17th of January 2011 but not cleared and Again ECS is done on 19th of January 2011 and it is. On 20th January ICICI Bank agency collected cheque from me and they deposit that cheque and that cheque is bounce because of ECS is clear on 19th.
Now I have two query
1. Why ECS debit in my bank account many once it is not clear who will bear the ECS bouncing charges.
2. if ECS is cleared on 19th then why cheque has been deposited and it is bounced and cheque bouncing who will bear it.
