    Default Mentally HARRASED by AIRTEL

    Hi ,
    I have paid my bill to AIRTEL via ICICI web site using registered biller service on 31st December 2010.

    But Airtel is saying that they have not received this amount.
    I have confirmed this from bank and shared the transaction ID also to AIRTEL for the proof .

    My amount has been deducted from my account from ICICI bank on 31st December only.
    But Airtel is stil not accepting that they are just not following up with the concerned authorities to validate this.

    They have deactivated my phone for past 25 days, I have been mentally harrased due to this, My business has impacted badly alot due to this.
    Every time a new person picks up phone on call center , they ask for same questions always.
    I have been narrating this story 100 times, But no one is able to fix this issue.


    I registered my complaint with AIRTEL on 31st December 2010,No resolutions yet,
    I would like to request some on this forum to help me in taking action Against AIRTEL.
    I am very depressed due to this, need a quick resolution .
    Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
