Sir/Madam,

I am fed up with my Reliance GSM number , +918957935169 ,
This is now for the 6th time , they have deducted my Rs.10 balance.Every time I call their Customer Care and ask them to unsubscribe my caller tune . They assure me , but repeatedly they deduct the amount.

When 1st time , this happened they remitted my balance , but since then , they deduct the balance saying , I have downloaded the tune using RWorld and can't remit the balance .

Please , Help me.

someone is doing very bad job..........he is taken "9798682119" no. from reliance customer care because he is working in "reliance customer care in Jharkhand"........the name of dt person is Lucky singh n d no is 8927633559................he is continously calling to my friend Manisha Kashyap..living in Jharkhand.............I have done complaint in customer care of Reliance in jharkhand (9835198351) but always they said it would be not happnd again but still he is calling her again n again............nd i m not satisfied...........Please take a strict action against that person (Lucky Singh "8927633559" working in Reliance customer care in jharkhand).............
