Sir,

I had purchased the water purifier from aquaguard in Jan 2010 but till now not a single free service is done for me. In the documents it is mentioned that there will be 4 free services done.

Also i had requested them to visit and check the working of the aquaguard but they did not come and check it.
It was only after the expiry of the warranty they have come and are asking for Rs 3700 to service the purifier.

I request you to please look into the franchisee in Bangalore and see that the matter is resolved.
