This is very painful experience with woodland, that I have purchased a pair of shoes (article no. GC 0094105) from shop AERO CLUB., WOODLAND STORE., SHOP NO.1UPPER GROUND FLOOR MANAV MANDIR ., PLARLE POINT ., SURAT on. 13/01/2011
Only after one day use, its sole completely detached due to its manufacturing defect. I complained the same as on 25/01/2011 Tuesday, but till date I am unable to get back my shoes due to very poor customer care services of Woodland.

The gum has gone. So the bottom part is separating from the upper part.They replaced the sole only to realize that it was looking like a 100 Rs shoe purchased from footpath.
i thought to go to woodland showroom to give it for repair.

I also like to inform you that the man at counter in worst, he doesn't know how to behave with customer . how can a company select kind of person to worsen the name of wood land shoe company . i hearty request to terminate that person immediately to preserve co.'s brand name
